The location impressed me. The miromesnil metro station is just a short walk (about 500m). this provides quick access to major attractions. i found the room beautiful with large windows overlooking the street. the bed was also very comfy and always impeccably cleaned.

unstable temperaturestreet noise
The shower temperature was inconsistent. it kept fluctuating between hot and cold, we never got a stable, comfortable temperature. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. We could hear street noise late into the night. these issues detracted from an otherwise lovely stay.

dennis was very cute at check-in he was a kind young man all staff members i met gave excellent service i stayed in a superior double room i found it like a dream my children stayed in the triple suite they enjoyed the city view. the location is very convenient i could walk to champs elysees and arc de triomphe haussmann shopping centre was also close with many restaurants nearby.
i found one issue the room lacked external ventilation there was no air con in the room i believe this could be improved especially during warmer months it impacted overall comfort.
